About this event
TPREIA will begin providing our 2019 continuing education classes in January 2019. We will begin classes in Houston and delivering throughout Texas during the first two quarters of 2019. Courses will include the mandatory 4-hour Legal Ethic Updates and the 4-hour Standard of Practice. These courses are required to renew your Inspectors' license. If you have already taken the Legal, Ethic Updates and the Standards of Practice courses (8-hours) during your current licensing period, it is not necessary that you take it again. It is required taken once during each licensing period. TPREIA Members are welcome to take this class again, should you wish. Class interaction is invaluable to the learning process.
We will also offer an 8-hour course on walls, including fire separation between the attached garages and habitable spaces, between townhomes, duplexes and other multiple family dwellings. This course also includes exterior veneers, finishes, flashing and treatments that will round out this course.
