response to the need for a Texas Association for the
Texas Inspection Industry…that association is finally
a reality!
Houston
Texas , April 28, 2008 Announced today is the creation
of the first association to represent the entire Texas
inspection industry. The association is based on representing
the inspectors of the State of Texas . In creating
this association it was apparent that that is also
good for the home buying consumer of Texas . This
is the reason that the inspection industry exists,
to help buyers, in their home-buying process, to understand
the condition of the proposed property.

public with their quest toward the purchase of the
American dream…
This
small but dedicated group of professional inspectors,
tackle the daunting task of helping millions of Texas
consumers determine the condition of their intended
purchases so they can make an informed buying decision.
The
Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association
has set its goals of:
1.
With ever changing methods and materials, TPREIA intends
to update the inspection industry consistently and
provide ongoing education for the benefit of its membership
and finally the home-buying public.
2.
Market its membership to the public such that the
consumer can have adequate protection during the home
purchasing period.
3.
To monitor and impact Texas and Federal legislation
whenever possible and to update membership and the
public of pending legislation on inspection and real
estate issues.
